Events
With theEvents VOD CLUB, in addition to the regular KINO VOD CLUB program, you KINO VOD CLUB have the opportunity to attendfestivals, film premieres, and other Filmdigitally.
As with local screenings, streaming events take place at specific times. You buy your ticket in advance and receive a reminder by email so you don't miss your online screening. You can find the respective availability period and further details on the respective event pages.
The rental works basically the same way as in the regular KINO VOD CLUB. On the event pages, click on "Buy ticket" to add it to your shopping cart. Depending on the event, you can choose a cinema that will benefit from your rental. After completing your payment, you will find your event under "My movies / My events."
If you already are a KINO VOD CLUB member, you can use it to stream on Events VOD CLUB too. If you are completely new to our service, you can register easily and free of charge by clicking on the account icon!
If a festival is also taking place in the Events VOD CLUB, you can treat yourself or others to a festival pass. While the large pass gives you access to the entire festival program, the small pass gives you access to a number of festival events at a special price. You can see how many events are included and how much it costs here.
When a digital screening begins, you stream it linearly with others at the same time. While live streams of events, for example, are not currently planned, our main focus is on enabling you to watch special screenings such as film premieres, festival films, and more before they are available for regular streaming.
Our €3.90 and €4.90 vouchers are valid for the regular program at KINO VOD CLUB they cannot be used at Events VOD CLUB. Rental fees and availability periods for festivals and premieres vary depending on the event. Since we want to make your streaming experience as easy as possible, these vouchers are limited to the regular program.

Did something Film you from Film ? Did internet problems or other incidents cause you to miss part of the live stream? Don't worry. Depending on the specified availability period, the event will still be available to catch up on under My Events after the live stream has ended.
General
With video on demand (VoD), you can enjoy movies as streams at home. You can rent your desired movie directly from us and watch it as often as you like within 48 hours of starting it for the first time. On your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you're on the go.
Your cinema is a partner of Cinema Service Platform GmbH, which offers you this service and is therefore your contractual partner.
Vouchers & Payment
Select the movie you want and click onRent. To redeem the voucher, you must be registered or logged in. Click on Redeem voucher in the shopping cart, enter your voucher code, and Film ! To make sure you don't miss out on any vouchers, sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Facebook and Instagram. You can purchase gift vouchers here.
We currently accept payments by credit card, EPS, and Klarna instant transfer.
Our gift vouchers are not value vouchers, but item vouchers. This means that there is no remaining balance if, for example, you redeem a gift voucher for a Film €3.90.
Account & Password
Data protection is very important to us, which is why your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, but will only be used for service processing and billing purposes. You can find more information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Data Protection.
Click on the account icon. Enter your email address under "Forgot your password?". You will receive a link that will allow you to reset your password and set a new one. Please also check your spam folder to see if the email has ended up there.
Under "My Account," navigate to the "Account Details" section. Here you can set your new password in the lower section.
Click on the account icon. There you will find the "Create new customer account" button. After you have entered your details, you will receive a registration link by email, which you must confirm to complete your registration. Registration is free of charge.
If you would like to delete your account, please send an email with your username and the email address you used to KINO VOD CLUB with KINO VOD CLUB to support@cinema-service-platform.at or contact us via our contact form.
Rental & Movies
After purchase, your movies are generally available for 60 days under "My Movies." From the first stream, you can play the movies as often as you like for 48 hours. Please note that for time-limited offers, the availability period specified separately on the movie page applies.
While you can play your rental as often as you like for 48 hours after the first start, public screenings are not permitted for licensing reasons. We ask you to use the service fairly—with this in mind, we ask all users not to misuse the films/services provided.
Films that are not suitable for children and young people are marked with an age recommendation. We ask parents and guardians to take note of this and to rent films in accordance with the well-being of the child.
Technical requirements and problems
There are no specific or special requirements for your hardware. With an existing Internet connection, you should be able to use our service smoothly on your computer, smart TV, cell phone, and tablet. Please make sure that your browser is always up to date and disable any plugins that could block the stream to avoid technical problems.
The reason is probably the current speed of your Internet connection. This can vary depending on the time of day. Start the Film . If it still doesn't work at a later point in time, please contact support@cinema-service-platform.at.
We always strive to provide all films in our catalog in the best possible quality. The video resolution is automatically adjusted by the player to the capacity of your Internet connection. If your Internet connection does not allow for better quality, this is unfortunately beyond our control. Please contact your provider or try again later.
Due to licensing reasons, our services can only be used in Austria. If you are currently in another country or using a VPN that is located outside of Austria, you will see this error message.
You can watch movies on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Our player is generally compatible with browsers on popular smart TVs. However, for a smooth movie experience, we recommend using Apple AirPlay or Google Chromecast, as browsers on smart TVs are usually not designed for this purpose.
Often, the payment process cannot be completed if an antivirus program or an installed browser plugin is blocking the process. Please disable these if this is the case.
